We see our theory like a physics theory. It is a model that explains what is happening in the real world in a way that allows us to work effectively within it. It doesn’t change reality. A theory of electricity doesn’t change how electrons move – but it does make it easier to build more efficient devices that work better for longer.

The theoretical model gives us new perspective on how organisations work that opens up advantaged new pathways for action. It allows us to determine what is necessary and sufficient to get the outcomes you are looking for, and allows you to quantify value and prioritise the action you take.
